In the civil air-raid siren control system, it is necessary and important to strengthen the management of siren system, to make the system smart, and to acquire the live situations of local air-raid siren. It is discussed in the paper that the present domestic and overseas research and application of siren control system. Its technology is summarized and analyzed too. According to the function requirements of siren control system, the design scheme of a smart terminal and its realization are given in details. The smart terminal control with a real-time detecting function has been developed successfully.The design of the general function frames and concrete control circuits of smart terminal control of air-raid siren control system are based on MSP430F149, the software design of the whole system is described in the thesis. The finished work is as follows:The interface circuits of the AC voltage acquisition and rotation speed, the keyboard, and communication are designed based on MSP430F149. On account of the different EM environments on the spot where the diverse terminals are located, some anti-interfering measures in the terminals hardware design are considered. At the same time, the terminal can acquire the parameters about system running states and transfer the data upwards.The software design of the controller based on MSP430F149 is introduced in detail under the debugging environment of IAR Embedded Workbench. The wireless data transfer between the terminal and control center is realized for the controller. Considering the covering range of communication network, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data communication, the selection of communication module is discussed, and the feasible scheme to solve the various practical problems is given too. The communication protocol is instituted and the anti-interference is added in the software design.At last, the design method of human-machine interface of upper computer is presented based on VB6.0. The communication between upper computer and control system, the establishment and connection of Access database, the manufacture of data tables, the record and display of data, and the print of data report are all realized. Through test and use on the spot, the system meets the design requirements.
