| Air-raid Siren system is not only alert system to inform citizen air alert to build better aerial defense in wartime case, but also effective notice measures of government to deal with emergency disaster or accident. The paper describes a set of alert control system developed based on national aerial defense construction practices which is composed of control center, control network and control terminals.Control center is the headquarter to command and control whole system. The paper puts forward a solution of GIS-based level II control center according to national people aerial defence authorized district. Usually, chief control center controls the system. In special case, the subordinate control center could control alert terminals as chief control center.Control network is the systematic information transmission channel. The paper introduces a solution to combine fixed PSTN network and wireless GPRS network. Both of the networks can work individually or standby for each other so as to improve reliability of information transmission.Control terminals are to execute the commands. The paper presents the functions, structures and composition of terminals with an electrical alert terminal example.The paper also discusses safety solution, synchronization and redundant information transmission methods of the system. |
