| The construction of people's air-raid defense alarming and communication system is closely related to the survival of the people, stability of the society and the development of the country. The hardware construction of the system includes directing communication and alarming communication system. The alarming communication system is mainly used to ensure sending and issuing the information on air-raid and disaster alarms. It consists of an alarming information processing center and a multi-alarming net with the characteristic of wide distribution, combination of both military and civilian utilization.On the basis of analyzing air-raid alarming system both at home and abroad, this thesis has designed a set of air-raid defense remote controlling system. In time of war, it can control the alarming system especially used for city air-raid defense and various public media system and have them release alarming signals simultaneously. In non-war time, it can be used to let out various of disaster alarming information. The main finished projects are as follow:Analyzed the main necessary functions of the system, designed the general structure of the system and expressed the designing idea on the basis of the situation of the Chinese cities.Analyzed the key technologies including coding technology, coding skills and some related technology of radio stations.Designed and developed the hardware and software of the system using series 51 MCU as CPU and described the design of electromagnetism compatibility of the system.Introduced the situation of the application of the system and found out what to be improved of the system. |
