Software interface is an important part of user and computer interaction system, it is Software interface that shoulders the main functions of information interaction, and users do information communication with computer to complete their task through software interface. Software interface that seems to be very simple includes many complicated ergonomic factors. In the past, people often ignored software interface design but emphasizing hard interface or functions of software that causes many troubles to operation and compensation for industrial injuries and many dangerous accidents. So analysis and study of ergonomic factors of software interface is very helpful to improve the software interface's usability pleasure and efficiency.The leading idea of modern industry design is people centered, emphasizes the harmony relations of "things" and "people" and the unification of "use" and "beauty". Analysis and study of ergonomic factors of software interface insists on the idea, which human is the most important, tries to find the factors that can improve software interface's usability and interaction. So this paper begins with the deep analysis of the characters of user's cognitive, psychology, visual and aural characteristics. Then experimentations are made to study people's visual fatigue, and the relationships between visual fatigue and intension of background light intension of light point and color of light point are found out. At the same time, harmony among people computer andenvironment is analyzed.Analysis of users and theorizing model are another important part of interface study. With the speedy development of user and computer interaction system and progress of interaction technology, the amount of software interface customers is quickly increased;the differences among users are more complex. The analysis of customers is just to find out the characteristic, behavior, skill, knowledge and experience of users to provide gist for software interface design in order to make software interface more usable. In this paper, users are classified into ordinary interface user and special interface user according to ergonomics. And a character-based interaction for task model is theorized based on the sort.In order to apply the ergonomic factors of software interface to practical design, this paper designs the software interface of cotton textile industry informatization system- a cooperated item between Donghua university and Pacific mechatronic (group) co., ltd. 3 schemes are provided, and in order to estimate these schemes, this paper sets up the Analytic Hierarchy Process- Grey System of software interface, then confirms the weight of the indexes and evaluates the 3 schemes plus the quondam interface. And in order to enable evaluation on the computer, this paper uses Matlab to write a program. Finally running this program in computer, the evaluation result of each scheme is displayed on computer screen and the optimum scheme is confirmed.
