With the development of modern computer technology, virtual reality technology has beenwidely used in the real world; while Operators-machines-condition system is constructed on thebasis of the operating environment to facilitate the operation of the people, and put the operatingstaff, equipment, operating environment as a unified whole in ergonomics to study, in order toensure a healthy,high-effective,and comfortable working conditions.This thesis is based on the research of human factors operator about Motion capture andhuman-computer interaction human factors research ergonomics evaluation method, and alsoconduct the research for the employees’ human dimension, the work environment, the operatingaction in the factory production line, and according the collected human data of the operators’motion capture,through the model reuse, feature-based parametric adjustment methods to fastgenerate the required percentage of the3D body model;and then establish the necessarythree-dimensional environment. Using the kinect motion capture equipment for the front-linestaff operating actions, then analyzing and restructuring the capture data,and then,the newrecombinant date will be applied in Jack software for the human evaluation, so as to replace theanalysis methods as on-site,video and image movement and so on to real-time,accurateanalysis the effect of human factors ergonomics,and then do the simulation according itsreorganization data.Then evaluating its operating efficiency as the fuzzy evaluationmethod.Finally comparing the evaluation method and the simulation results for a conclusion.First and foremost,outlining the background and significance of the subject, and making adetailed study and analysis of issues and the status of the study,finally taking the addressed pointof this study focused on the questions and innovations direction;then making a detail analysis forsome required methods of the key technologies and the current status of research,including:motion capture, virtual human three-dimensional modeling technology and so on; thenintroducing the theory of ergonomics and introducing the method of ergonomics evaluationmethods by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)..Then making research and analysis of the factory assembly plant to collect the physicallayout of the assembly plant and health data of operations staff in front-line,based on thisresearch, building the three-dimensional virtual model of production line and suitable tree-dimensional human body by Jack software.Capturing the realistic human motion dataposture by kinect motion capture system and then getting the movement sequences of humanmovement through the data reconstruction methods,this dates are supporting for fuzzy evaluationat the next section.Finally, a method for comprehensive evaluating workloads of workers is introduced byapplying the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Using FAHP for evaluation and analysis ofindividual employees who are working in heavy load during normal work in factory assemblyline, and then getting the needed results and conclusions of the evaluation,finally simulating thestudied engineering bits by Jack software, the making the analyzing of this evaluating results andthe evaluation results by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and proving the feasibility of thismethod,summarizing the research and proposing the future research directions.
