Research Of Information Classifying And Coding Standard Management System Based On J2EE

In the information ages, the information changes fast, and its contents grow sharply, it is very tedious and difficult that if we manage the coding object and the coding rule, and issue the revision of the coding table manually in an information system. When we carry on the information classifying and coding, we need use the standards as the instructions, so in order to reflect each kind of information that has changed much better, we need to carry on the adjustment, the supplement, the revision and the perfection of the information classifying and coding standards, and make them tally with the changed situations. Therefore, the information classifying and coding standards should revise promptly, in order to adjust to the changed relations between the information and the standards, and connect with the international standard well, it is obvious that the revision of the information classifying and coding standards are extremely important and essential. The establishment of Information Classifying and Coding Standard Management System has significant practical meanings to formulate, update and maintain the standards, disseminate the application, enhance the enterprise management level and obtain huge economic efficiency.This thesis researches the system theories of the information classifying and coding, including information classifying, information coding, the division of the information classifying and coding objects, the strategies and methods of the work about the information classifying and coding, the management of the information classifying and coding standards, and formulate, update, maintain, disseminate the application of the standards in different levels. Based on the analysis of the situation of the information classifying and coding management system and the application and the management of the standards, proposing using the computer assistance management, that is, developing an Information Classifying and Coding Standard Management System in order to solve the problems which exist at present. This thesis, on the basis of the analysis of the Information Classifying and Coding Standard Management System requirements, decides using the J2EE platform to carry on this application system based on Web. J2EEis considered as a popular kind of the technique standard of the software exploitation, it not only succeeds to all the virtue of Java, but it also has more advanced idea at the aspects of the deployment, enlargement, and management of the software. Through doing some researches and analysis on the J2EE platform, Struts framework and the characteristic of combining the EJB component with the Struts framework, proposing four-tiers architecture for the Information Classifying and Coding Standard Management System. And then, carrying on the design about the system, development this system based on Web. At last, this paper concludes the work that has been done, and gives some advises and respects.The Information Classifying and Coding Standard Management System may be used by the information resource management, or may be used by the information classifying and coding standard management department, or may be used as a tool in the information system construction about integration, to manage the data elements which have classifying and coding meanings, to support the development and the maintenance of the other systems in the enterprises.
