They doesn't only confine to industry production any longer, but widely apply to daily life more and more. Hi-Tech and information technology (IT) are being moved towards intelligent housing district from intelligent mansion (IB). Andthen come into the family.The paper provides a system-family safety-monitoringand recorder system.Prices of the general digital video acquisition devices which are huge-system are higher. And the traditional devices are based on analog technique.They have natural disadvantages and can't be used in family.The solution that this text introduces is simple,cheap, and can be widely applied to the family--family safety-monitoring andrecorder system. It recordes firsthand materials in time when the unusual situation takes place. At tracking-down work afterwards, police can understand on-the-spot situation clearly, make criminal's trace undoubtedly fall through and stand exposed. Anyway the system offers the safety assurance of the maximum to all households.This paper provides a scheme and has proved the validity through the experiment. The system monitors on-the-spot situation, using the infrared inductor. Based on AT89C52, according to infrared signal it control the CCD which captures video images. Then they are changed into digitals signal by A/D after pretreatment circuit of video. The pulse circuit controls A/D converter and produces address of the data buffer memory.The data of picture which store in buffer memory are transformed into deviceindependent bitmap-BMP.Finally the system stores it in CF card, organizing asFAT16.So showing pictures in PC becomes much more easy.People can read CF card just through the CF card's reader.It's convenient that police and owners retrieve, inspect and process these pictures in PC.
