In recent years,with the development of manufacturing industry,warehousing logistics accounts for an increasing proportion in enterprises.As a key technology in logistics automation system,three-dimensional warehouse has become the key equipment for enterprise development with its advantages of low floor area,high work efficiency and high degree of automation.At present,the common three-dimensional warehouse still has deficiencies in structural design,location allocation and so on.Therefore,a set of jack up shuttle three-dimensional warehouse is designed,and studies optimization of cargo location allocation.Designing the overall scheme of the three-dimensional warehouse,and determining the hardware layout form,shuttle work flow and specific design requirements.Carrying out the structural design of the jack up shuttle three-dimensional warehouse,focusing on the detailed design of the jack up shuttle car,transfer shuttle car,three-dimensional warehouse track and fixed shelf.Analysing the key structure of threedimensional warehouse with finite element method.Selecting the appropriate storage strategy and location allocation principle.In order to improve the efficiency of in and out of the warehouse,the stability of the threedimensional warehouse,balance the workload of shuttle cars and classify storage of goods in each roadway,the cargo location optimization model is constructed.Selecting the bacterial foraging algorithm to solve the algorithm of the model.An adaptive bacterial foraging algorithm is proposed by improving the chemotaxis operation and migration operation in the algorithm.The parameters of the algorithm are analyzed and selected,and the implementation steps of the algorithm are determined.Solving the cargo location optimization model by the adaptive bacterial foraging algorithm The results are compared and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm and optimization model.Figure 59;Table 19;Reference 54...
