The light receiver is the main piece of the whole system in fiber optic correspond system, and in actuality of live, the application of the light receiver is very wide, for example it is used in the fiber-optic correspondence, the CD system and optical detection system etc. Realm. Most of the optical receiving equipmentses is imported directly from the abroad, which is expensive. Therefore, a design to meet performance requirements, structures is simple, low-cost optical receivers is necesary. In fiber optic deliver or pfical detection system, the light receivers preamplifer and the main amplifer is two key electric circuits, so this papers design a photo-detector and preamplifier of the light receiver.The high-speed amplifier circuit almost always lead to high-speed bipolar technology to achieve sexual silicon or GaAs. The light electricity integrated circuit (OEIC)is to be light machine piece, the electronics machine piece and lights that various function ather on the same of bottom, biggestly the cancellation lives on the influence of three quantities, letting up the construction link of the hybrid electric circuit, making up the speed and credibilities of the integrated circuit. Because oeic with small size, high-rate products, assemble easily, as a result the cost is low, the function price compares to have the very strong competition ability. Given the craft of CMOS is mature, the paper tries to adopt the CMOS technological design phto-detector andpreamplifier, it give goundation of the light electricity interated circit.The main contributions of the dissertation are as following:1. Analyzes preamplifier, it introduct three kinds of forms and analysis of amplifer. Point the introduction studied the structure, function of the resistance amplifier and concrete form of the electric circuits of the usage originally. And introduced the CMOS design foundation, and the unit mold piece that this design use.2. Design the resistance amplifier and Pspice imitate, design a kind of high increasing benefit, big bandwidth place. Adopt the TSMC0.35um, And have obtained the certain expectation result.3. Introduc the photo-detector, the establishment and the emulation of the PIN- APD/PD electric circuit model.
