The appearance of UML marks the crucial breakthrough in the Object-orientedModeling field. UML is a general and unified modeling language. It integrates variousbest practices and advantages of the Object-oriented Technology, providing acomprehensive, precise and extensible modeling language for Object-orientedSystem development. Currently, it has become the benchmark or standard of leadingmodeling language in the field. However, UML is only a modeling language but not adevelopment process. Therefore, it definitely could not be referred to as a softwaredevelopment method unless it is integrated with a software development process. This thesis aims to study the development of a modeling technique process with UMLin a Unified Process. Integrating with the software modules in actual workingenvironment, to develop a model for "Critical Taxation Source Information System(CTSIS)". The study covers the followings: CTSIS network programming & designand security solution;Demand Analysis, in this program, the Business Model andUse-Case Model were setup in the system, and make the conversion fromrequirements to requirements Model becomes true;Analysis Program, it deliveredsome of the Analysis Model in the system through analysis class and Use-Caseachieve modeling technique;Design Program, with describing of design class and itsrelated reflection of the database, the main Design Model of the system was made;Inthe Achieve Program, it makes the System Deployment Model. All above modelsmake the system able to analyze and process the various critical taxation source datafrom both step-in ratepaying on and online ratepaying, so as to make the finalanalysis and collect report. The complete system adopts the B/S structure, whichenables it meets the various requirements from both Internet and Intranet taxapplication, so that it solves the inaccuracy of manual analysis work and improves theinformation management efficiency. The development of a modeling techniquesoftware application with UML in Unified Process provides a comprehensive, uniqueand flexible description for Object-oriented system analysis. It also has the benefitwhich can be repeatedly used, so that improves the efficiency of softwaredevelopment. Hope that this document may contribute to the study ofObjective-oriented Modeling for Information system.
