The Study On Real-Time Image Differential System Based On PCI Bus For PS Plate

This subject is cooperated with Keximeng corporation in WenZhou, which full name is the inspection system of the PS printing plate .This thesis introduces the principle of this system and the optical system, mechanical structure. Besides, it relates the principle of CCD, PCI protocol2.2 base and its realization of PCI interface card. The driver program is developed use Windriver in the environment of Visual C++6.0. The acquisition data of the PS printing plate is validated with oscillograph and our computer, and the result is satisfying. The main tasks of this thesis are listed as follows: 1. After our study and theory analysis, the scheme of the real time test of the PS printing plate with limitation distinct technology based on linear CCD has been introduced. 2. In this test system, the optical system, mechanical structure and the PCI9052 acquisition card of the PS printing plate image collection. Besides, I will write the driver program and keep away the route of control the digital resistor with software. In designing the circuit, the CPLD is used to produce the key signal of the CCD driver circuit, storage circuit and interface circuit, which improve the debug efficiency. 3. The problem encountered and its solution method will be discussed and I will put forward the further way to improve the system.
