Since smart card appeared,it has developed more than20years in our country,penetrated into every aspect of our lives and created a lot of convenience to ourlives.With the gradual improvement in domestic card environment and increasinglywide range of applications,issuance volume also will be growing.With thediversification of demand,production and distribution of the card industry havebecome one of the most important application areas,and issuing demand is graduallyshowing diversified and personalized features.Previous centralized card issuancemodel is difficult to meet the market demand,but desktop issuing equipment hasmore obvious advantages for instant issuance window.Under the background of theapplication,this thesis is committed to develop a personalized card printing andread-write system to solve customer instant issuance problems.This thesis,based on the single-sided color card printer with SIP30C as theresearch object,uses VC++to develop a personalized card printing and read-writesystem on the basis of deeply analyzing the manufacturer to provide the card printersand related secondary development kit.And this system implements the personalizedcard issuance,completes the card layout making,card printing and initializationoperations,and meets the needs of the user instant issuance.Firstly,the thesis introduces the development of smart card technology and cardproduction technology,analyzes the fabrication process of personalized cards anddye-sublimation printing technology and provides the overall framework of the cardprinting and read-write system and software interface design concept on the basis ofcombined with the functional requirements of instant card issuance.Then,cardprinting and read-write system is divided into three functional modules,namelylayout module,card printing module and data read-write module.Card layout module implements the demand that the user can customize the cardsurface information.The module is made up of basic graphic(such as straight line,rectangle, ellipse)controls, text and picture controls, one-dimensional andtwo-dimensional barcode controls,and realizes drawing and selecting graphic objects,modifying graphic objects attributes,file access and other functions.Card printing module implements that the host sends printing instruction to card printer by USBport and completes color card printing operation on the basis of calling the printerdriver.Data read-write module of card printing and read-write system completesreading and initializing data operations of the more commonly card types,such asmagnetic card,SLE4442card and Mifare1card.Magnetic card read-write moduleimplements reading and writing three tracks and the selection of HICO or LOCO;SLE4442card implements reading and writing the internal storage of data, checkingand modifying key;Mifare1card completes checking and modifying sector key,reading and writing data.Therefore,card printing and read-write system achieves apersonalized card production by combining the above three modules....
