| The development of monitoring technology has gone three phases so far,which are analog video monitoring system,digital video monitoring system and network multimedia monitoring system.The technology of network multimedia monitoring system is integrated with electronic technology,computer technology and telecommunication technology. The stability and reliability of network multimedia monitoring system depend on technology such as audio/video encoding/decoding,network transport and equipment remote control. In addition, the software must be stable and real-time. Now the trend is to integrate network and embedded system into monitoring technology to realize an expandable,reliable and flexible system. This paper makes deep research on architecture of monitoring system,establishes the multimedia network monitoring system model,which is based on the theory of distributed monitoring and hierarchy management. This paper mainly introduces the R&D process of network multimedia monitoring system, including demanding analysis, system design, crucial technical realize and main function introduce. The main purpose of the system is to develop such developing interface with completefunction, safety and high currency so that it can meet the need from various enterprises. Through the studying of the system crucial technology, the main modules have completed successfully. So the network multimedia monitoring system not only realized the base function of traditional monitoring System, but monitoring also own the following characters: multi-routeat same time; multi-route record at same time; data transferring store; multi dot-to-dot moniting; current and remote control at same time; auto-alarm; search and display the recording-material; flexible module; perfect extending capability and so on. The model is an abstract and universal system. At last this paper puts forward the scheme that realize the model and introduces the system design and implementation on the PNX1300 embedded platform. |
