Research And Design Of The Hospital's OA System Based On Workflow Technology

The Xiangya second hospital of Central South University has implemented the office automation system. Along using office automation system, some troubles have been appeared. Especially, when the change of the organization structure or the work flow has taken place, the old OA could not meet the need of the new official business. So we have developed a web office automation system based on workflow technology to solve these questions.After introducing the thesis of Work-flowing modeling, the paper explains the modeling technology in WF-XYeWebOA and shows its Case, Sequence and Action view.The paper introduces the work-flowing engine technology, then brings forward the architecture of the engine in the XYeWebOA and how to implement by J2EE. The paper specifies the work-processes, XML descriptions, and designs a XML Processor and some application interfaces. The paper also talks about the details of the system's implementation, such as system deploy, development architecture, implementation of work-flowing designer, data management, system's security.The paper mainly studies the track-keep technology in the exchange of files in the system. The paper innovates a track-keep method based on WordML technology, and introduces the details of implementation.
