Study On Publishing Program Masterminding And It's Operation

With the deepening of the opening up to the outside world and the extensive implementing of the high-technology in publish industry; we face not only more and more complicated circumstance, but also more uncertain factors. Therefore, masterminding the publishing program becomes the crucial sector in the operation of the whole publishing procedure. It is meaningful in the aspect of theory and practice to study on masterminding the publishing program, which is the remarkable mark and the main labor form of the creative labor in the modern publishing production filed; and to analyze the theoretical meaning and the process of operation. By doing so, we can promote the development on this issue.The article is divided into three parts. The first part gives the definition of publishing program masterminding, and expatiates on the meaning and the principle of it. The second part discuss separately and specifically on the types and the content of the three different kinds of the publishing program masterminding. The third part describes specific steps in the process of it, and proposes some suggestions of all the sectors.
