Study Of Several Key Technologies On Data Management Of Remote Sensing Satellite Ground System

Data Management Subsystem of Remote Sensing Satellite Ground System plays an important role in Modern Remote Sensing Satellite Ground System and it mainly serves and supports the whole Remote Sensing Satellite Ground System. The performance and the extent of convience directly affect imaging speed and operators' efficiency when they search, browse and interpret images and data. Compared with general data management, data management in remote sensing satellite ground system has its special characteristics.With the background of a real Remote Sensing Satellite Ground System, the paper analyzes the requirements of data management in remote sensing satellite ground processing system and studies key technologies concerning real projects. The key technologies are following:Data Transportation and Sharing in the distributed environment,File Index Management in the distributed environment.As regards data transportation and sharing, the paper first studies the appliacation of FTP and Samba in remote sensing satellite ground system and then analyzes the work theory of TCP layer of TCP/IP protocol. Based on the work above, the paper proposes several approches to speeding data transportation and sharing and composes our own protocol.For file index management, the paper first studies the concept of virtual storage and proposes an aproach to separating physical location from logical view of data. Then, the paper analyzes file index management and put up an approach to accessing file index database.Based on the work above, the paper proposes and implements an accessing-data middleware for remote sensing satellite gound system.
