Research And Realization On Multiple Monitoring Proxy Server

Along with the network development and the popularization, especially the rapid development and the popularization of the Internet application, people pay more universal attention to the network security. People are also facing day by day the prominent information security question, while enjoying multitudinous advantage which the information brings.This thesis introduces main several kinds of network security technology, and it focuses on the discussion on firewall technology, including the traditional firewall technology and the distributional firewall technology . Finally, the design thought of multiple monitoring proxy server is proposed and realized under the campus net environment .This proxy server based on the HTTP agreement has the following characteristics: A) it can carry on the different rank dynamic monitoring to the webpage information and the webpage scanning scope is changing with the monitoring rank. Thus it can adjust load of proxy server. B) it can carry on the long-distance monitoring to the proxy firewall, promptly understooding the proxy server active status and carring on the revision to its certain important dispositions information. C) it can carry on many kinds of forms to alert. When the client visit illegal URL or visits the webpage containing the specific key word, then the client IP address and the visit time are recorded and returned a warning webpage.
