Application Research On Virtual Reality System Of Fully Mechanized Coalface

Virtual Reality technology creates a three-dimension figure world which reflects changes and interactions of entities and enables participants go into a virtual world in the experiences of watching,listening,touching and smelling processes. Firstly, The simulation of Craftwork Process of Fully Mechanized Coalface is studied in the thesis and then analyses Craftwork Process of Fully Mechanized Coalface by using the Object-Oriented method. Secondly, the System of Simulation is developed with Multi-Gen Vega and Vc ,by using the method of software engineering . Thirdly, resolving a series of questions of modeling and driving, such as Collision detection, Database, show Chinese front on the screen, Motion Model, Optimizing Scene, and so on. Finally, Virtual Reality system of Fully Mechanized Coalface is constructed and the critical technologies are applies in the real scenes to demonstrate its validity. It provides a new model to guide the on-spot work and do safety education for workers by vividly simulating Craftwork Process and complex environment of Fully Mechanized Coalface.
