The process of the second refined brine craftwork (SRBC) is the emphasis part of ionic film chlorine-alkali industry. The right and the wrong of the controlling process lead to use life-span of ionic film in the process of producing alkali craftwork. The researching purpose is to control brine purity in the process of SRBC, assure system function on the safe side and command automatic course. The result is to reduce the cost of producing alkali industry, same as increase economy and society benefits.In order to improve reliability and automatic degree in system function, we adopt the design of relay dominating circuit diagram switching, PLC control takes the place of relay-contacting implement control which is in common use at present. The system researches SRBC and analyses its craftwork flow, designing PLC controlling implement of SRBC, which includes: the election of machinery type , the collocation of hardware, exterior connection design etc. ; the design of PLC software program; putting some valves into automatic control; analyzing ordinary failure , cause and manage measure in system; the election of valve material achieves preservative require.The result of investigation indicates that the system of SRBC on the base of PLC control is necessary and feasible. The operation of system is convenient, it also has strong pertinence. The test -drive experiment proves that this system can meet the demand of performance index, run in gear, and achieve prospective purpose.
