The Design And Implement Of A Clearing System In A City

The article describes the design and realization of the clearing system in our city First of all,we briefly intruduces the problems that the system will handle and solve about this system,and analyse its present situation. Based on this foundation, we propose the solution of this system. Finally, Some key techniques used in implementing the clearing system are introduced from several aspects, combined with theories and experiences. The key techniques that are used in the design of network and software are advanced. Especially the core techniques in Windows NT are used to improve the efficiency and safety of the system. Through the description of this paper, we have a clear understanding to the core objects of Windows NT, and it must be helpful to those developers who are exploring in this field.
