Software Agent technology is one of the hottest problems in recent years. It is the root cause that academic circles take it as a key technology of software's great breakthrough. This paper gives a kind of software Agent model based on Dynamic Fuzzy Logic (DFL) in accordance with characteristics of software Agent, such as Reactivity, Autonomy , Pro-activeness, Evolution, Socialability, and so on. This model includes the Life Cycle Model, the Physiological Cycle Model, the Learning and Evolution Model, the Architecture, and the Coordinate and Organising Model, etc.Therefore the main characteristcs of this paper are:(1) Advance a architecture frame of software Agent based on DFL and open up a new route for software development;(2) Advance a Coordinate and Organising Model of software Agent based on DFL and expand some basic content of software Agent;(3) Advance a kind of Physiological Model of software Agent based on DFL, which lay a foundation for reaearching software Agent by genetic variation;(4) Give an example system: combinatorial identical equation proving system.All these works are tentative and many of them need advanced research. For example, the learning algorithm and the reasoning algorithm can be improved, and some details of the architecture need be optimized, and so on.
