The Design And Implementation Of Fund Flow Information System Based On Electronic Bill's Transmission

Funds control is an important part in the field of modern enterprise management. A new concept of enterprise management, focus on centralized control of funds , are now being accepted by increasing enterprises. However, with the growing size of enterprise, there are more and more interregional enterprises. So how to realize centralization becomes a difficult problem which enterprise funds control are now faced with. As a result, the thesis designed and implemented a management system of funds flow in network which based on electronic bills circulation.The paper first gives an introduction about the technical background of this thesis and the operational background of funds control. Then it analyses the requirements of centralized control of funds in enterprise and puts forward the main design goal of the system. On the basis of making profound analysis of the requirements, the paper brings forward the functional module partition and makes layered design of the system according to the principle of MVC's development architecture. As to the following parts, the paper gives emphasis to the implementation of the kernel module of the system. In the end, it draws a conclusion about some incomplete parts still exists now and makes some modified suggestions.The management system of funds flow introduced in this paper has wide practicability. It not only implements the general funds control based on the electronic bill's circulation but also implements the interface between bank balance system and financial software. Meanwhile, the thesis makes some exploration and attempts on the design and development of the management information system. For instance, it mentions the module based on objectcirculation, accessing framework of universal data, etc. All these can be used as references for the design and development of the similar system and will have great importance for research and use for reference.
