With the rapid growth of EMS (Electronic Manufacture Service), the key fact to impact enterprise to improve the competition ability is enterprise process control capability and manufacture data collection and analysis capability. Especially, customer' s requirement to manufacture data is more and more when information technology has been popular over much industry. Manufacturer must supply all kinds of data of product manufacturing as well as supply high quality and high reliability product. Upstream, it must track any component' s manufacture date code or manufacture lot and component vendor. And downstream, it can track packing date, shipping date and serial number in each package box.Solectron Technology Co., Ltd is one of electronic manufacture service enterprise, who has many sub-factory around the world, and has won a lot of famous customers in the world. Such as IBM, NORTEL, ERICSSON, NOKIA, MOTOROLA etc. During the business negotiation with customers, the data report of product manufacturing is always considered first by customer. Even though the present Shopfloor system can meet requirements of most customers, it is necessary to do some developping for some special customers. With the more severe competition, enterprises are eager to look for a better solution of MES (Manufacture Execution System), which is more powerful in system functions, and can make enterprise win higher satisfaction of customers.Here puts forward a MES model proposal based on multiple technologies based on business requirement of electronic manufacture service enterprise and based on analyzing present MES system insufficiency, which enhances and improves previous MES functions, inaugurates a new technique model and implementation approach in electronic manufacture MES fields, and provides important reference for system design of MES in other fields also.
