The widespread cognition of the usefulness of graphical user interface(GUI) has established their importance as critical components of today's software.With the wide software size and improve of software complexity,the workload of software testing has more and more heavy.The test cases' numbers determine cost of software testing and testing efficiency.So use effective test cases to test GUI software under assure GUI software testing quality and full testing to cut down software testing cost and improve testing efficiency is imperative.There are existing many commercial tools for testing GUI software.However,they haven't provided enough support for efficacious generate test cases for GUI software testing.Therefore it is necessary and meaningful to research on test cases generation.This dissertation systematically analyzes the status of software test cases generation, and the process of GUI software testing.We proposer a complete and efficient GUI software test cases generation framework(GSTCGF4SEI).This framework not only supports C/S(Client/Server) software based on GUI testing,but also supports B/S (Browser/Server).This dissertation researcher three key technologies based on that framework.There are test data generation,the test result comparison,and the test script design.So it can generate effective test cases.Using automated testing tool based on GUI software called QTP,the framework applies in the testing of web application called Coal Quality Management Information System(CQMIS).The application value of the solution to a test case generation framework is verified consequently. |
