Intelligent oil allocation is a very complicated process.The design and implementation of intelligent allocation platform has always been a hot issue in research.In the process of intelligent allocation,the platform needs to calculate the influence of many uncertain factors comprehensively,and build an intelligent allocation model of oil depot which conforms to the actual demand of a certain institution,so as to avoid the blindness of oil depot layout.The main reasons for establishing oil prediction model include: first,real-time oil supply data is a real-time dynamic change data;Oil storage locations are distributed in multiple oil depots,and accurate statistics are difficult to achieve.The real-time oil supply is essentially different from the ordinary oil supply,so it is necessary to comprehensively consider the occurrence of multiple emergencies and the constant change of the supply location and other factors.In this paper,the modified k-means oil depot allocation model is combined with the actual data of the intelligent oil depot allocation platform,and the initial ant colony algorithm for initial pheromone extraction is selected to improve the k-means clustering algorithm.The number of foraging rules is established by analyzing the updating of ant colony pheromone concentration.At the same time,the end conditions of the algorithm are optimized by modifying the migration rules of the hybrid ant colony to ensure the generation of the global optimal solution.The main functional modules of this system include four modules: oil depot information management,oil storage change management,fire alarm application and query statistics application.In this paper,the basic operation task requirements and system functional requirements of the oil depot are analyzed and designed,and the clustering algorithm based on meta-heuristic analysis for the deterministic oil depot intelligent allocation model is designed and implemented.According to the system design,the realization part of oil depot network information platform is demonstrated.
