Analyzing Agenda-setting Efficiency Of Microblog

Microblog is a network social service which is integrated, open and is in the spotlight in web2.0. Microblog is welcomed by the netizens when it comes into the world as it is a new way of speak right. 2010 is seen as the starting year of China microblog. In this year not only so many microblog websites have been into a developing stage but also a different information mode has been created. Microblog disseminates faster than the traditional media. The most important thing is it breaks through the monopoly of mass media organizations, which changed the traditional Agenda-setting Theory. The right of agenda-setting is both owned by media groups and microblog users. And the standard judging the importance of information is multiplex. Every user could set public agenda and become the recipient as well. Meanwhile, microblog could make agenda setting expand and deepen as it is interacted, followed and fissioned. The traditional media also takes part into the proceeding of the agenda setting with microblog.This dissertation takes the agenda setting efficiency of microblog as the object., mainly using content analyzing and comparation analyzing. According to the mode, characters of the microblog, the dissertation from two sides: special media organizations and public emphasized on microblog choosing topics and its agenda setting mechanism, character and effect. Consequently I get some results of the characters of the microblog and give some advices to its bright future.
