Torque measurement is a key method which is hepful to study on the dynamic characteristics of the dynamic torque loader, it has more and more attentions. Therefore, it has an important theoretical and practical significance to study it. This paper combines with the actual development status at home and abroad of torque measurement, according to the homemade muti-channel optical encoder and the proposal of "Development of dynamic torque loading device" which is imbursed by the scientific research programs of education department of Hebei Province in 2008, studies the whole detection system, meanwhile, designs and develops a detection system of swing angle of loader yoke. There are several aspects studied in follow:Firstly, a detection system of hardware is designed. The composition of hardware is defined. The hardware consists of a power circuit, a signal conditioning circuit and a data acquisition circuit. A signal conditioning circuit consists of a photoelectric conversion circuit, a signal amplification circuit and a shaping circuit. A power circuit is designed to stabilize voltage; A photoelectric conversion circuit is designed to obtain electrical signal; A signal amplification circuit is designed to amplify the output of photoelectric conversion circuit; A shaping circuit is designed to regular wave; A data acquisition circuit is designed to send data to the computer.Secondly, a detection of software is finished. The holistic proposel of software system is designed according to the idea of the object-oriented programming. The different functional modules are divided into collecting data, processing data, storage, reading, displaying and analysis according to the need of the detection system, and finish the design of the modules in detail. The different modules are implemented by programming. Finally, debug the system and analyze the data. The hardware is debugged, then the simulation is done according to the commissioning results; the collecting data contrast with the processing data. The size of the torque is analyzed by MATLAB, and then the size of the related function is analyzed.
