Significances the research priorities in chapter 1.Introduces the conceptions and the features about the readability and the financial reports in chapter 2,than pointes out the importance of readability. The author Systematic analysis the financial reports on readability elements and personality in chapter 3 and chapter 4. Compare with economic repots, the author puts out the unique qualities of financial reports.Chapter 5 and 6 give out some typical examples, by which the main problems that exist in handling the readability of financial news can be reflected.
