Field dynamic balancing testing technology of the rotor has always been a hot topic in rotating machinery area. To develop a dynamic balancing testing system with higher precision, higher speed and higher portability, people have been improving the design of the main measurement board continuously. This thesis gives a systematical introduction on the design of hardware and software system in the measurement board of field dynamic balancing testing system.The core of the testing system is based on DSP. A vibration signal measurement board, which is a measurement module of field balancing testing system, directly determines the accuracy and the speed of the field dynamic balance testing system. The thesis is focused on the design of the hardware board and the software modules. The hardware mainly consists of three parts: signal conditioning and A / D converter, DSP processing and PC computer interface. The vibration signal of the rotor which is measured by the sensor is converted to electrical signal, which then travels through signal conditioning circuits, pre-amplifier, and the A / D conversion where it is converted into digital signal. At last the signal is processed with a series of digital signal processing by DSP, including FFT spectrum analyzer which can gain spectrum of unbalance vibration signal and unbalance solution, etc. Finally the data are sent to PC through the asynchronous serial and displayed on PC. The design of the software module includes the procedures for DSP and the procedures for PC. DSP program is used for main control, as well as data processing and solving through FFT algorithm. The key procedures include of AD sampling, FFT analysis and solving, and serial communication procedures between DSP and PC. The program of PC host computer is used to achieve the soft panels by Visual C + +, which is used to receive data though asynchronous serial and display them. In addition, it shows the software development method used in TI's CCS platform for the FFT spectrum analysis method, which can effectively extract baseband of the unbalance vibration signal regardless of the interference signal in the frequency domain.In this thesis, with the different sensors the dynamic balance measurement system is applicable to a variety of rotor balancing systems of the rotating machinery. It can provide some reference value for dynamic balancing measurement system which embedded development is applied to.
