| With the development of computer and microelectronics, the technology of Digital Signal Process (DSP) is being applied to many fields, such as communication technology, electronic technology, computer technology, etc. There is important significance to put the technology of DSP into the teaching and the practice. About applying DSP to the practice of electronic and information engineering, the paper elaborates on the five parts including the ideal of the system, the design of the project, the realization of the hardware, the development of the software and the test of the property.There are five parts in this paper. The first chapter introduces DSP's characteristics, performance index, hardware structure and development tools of software. The second one discusses the designing of minimal system about TMS320VC5402 DSP device in detail. The third part in this paper describes the communication method between TMS320VC5402 and PC when the multichannel buffered serial port (McBSP) of VC5402 is set up in serial port mode. Hardware configuration and software diagram are described, and the application in the system is provided. The fourth introduces a designing of high speed bidirectional parallelcommunication between DSP and parallel port of PC by TMS320VC5402's host port interface (HPI), including hardware interface and accompanying software routine. And more, a test example for HPI is presented. The kernel of this paper locates in the third and fourth chapters. The last part of this paper draws the conclusion and conceives this task's betterments.In the future, on the basis of the project research, it is more convenient to further increase the corresponding software and hardware modules, and enlarge it's function, according to the user's demand. The thesis research can also lay a solid and good foundation for constructing a DSP hardware platform development system with more abundant resources, so that DSP practice teaching will become more practical and more systematical. In practical application, with the characteristic of DSP itself's flexible software realization, development system will be easy to maintain and upgrade constantly. |
