With the fast development of Information Technology, E-learning has become one of the important ways for big companies to carry out the continuing education in the world. Being the second biggest oilfield in China, Shengli Oilfield has some characteristics, such as wide-ranged management, lots of staff and the difficulty of oil exploration and development. The fixed time and fixed place training cannot meet the need of training. It is essential to use E-learning with petroleum profession characteristicsThe essay uses the successful experiences and practices of domestic and foreign large enterprises for reference, does some research based on the actual situation and carries out multi-level needs analysis then puts forward a plan for training platform of Shengli Oilfield in accordance with the ISO10015, which is composed of six functional modules like learning management, courseware management, test management, training program management, information management and rights management. It focuses on the construction technology of the training platform, and also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of J2EE and . NET . It proposes that. NET would meet the demands for training platform of Shengli. Considering the practical situation of Shengli and the comparison between C/S, Shengli select the B/S application mode, which can ensure the system maintainable. The essay mainly introduces the design of the system and illustrates performance, business logic layer and the database design.Data services deploys ORM mapping with the mature Hibernate framework, which can change the relational database operation to theobject operation to ensure the system stability, efficiency, scalability and portability. The system uses SQL server database and confirms the datasheet and the relationship between tables to design.The hardware and software of the training platform realization is proposed. With the flow chart, the article illustrates the realization process including the making of training plan, online classroom, courseware management, online exam, information management etc. And the application of the key technology is illustrated as well. The distributed services technology on the basis of content has been used in the system. According to the characteristic of the wide-spread of the Shengli subordinate units, the distributed servers have been set not only on the headquarter of Shengli Oilfield but on the periphery of the headquarter to make all the servers can meet the demand of study. The distributed service has been optimized according to the training content and the problem of the shortage of the host computer and corresponding bottleneck has been solved. The content management technology of the training resources has been used in the system. Because the online training platform has the dual task of carrying out training and management and the resources is highly-personalized with many types and large quantities, the system has divided the content from the form and structured and stored the type module to solve the management problem of mass resources, in order to supply the personalized service to users with the comprehensive inquiry technology and realize the function of making the page for the users.The system testing has been completed on the three parts, including the data testing of website function, module function and platform function. This system has been applied in oilfield training organization which proved that the system has come to the designing aim and meet the demands of design.
