In recent years, the accidents of marine oil spill happened frequently. A large quantity of oil spills into the sea, and has made tremendous damage to the marine environment and halobios. Many countries are actively researching, to srengthen the oil flim on the marine oil spill monitoring and control, including the spreading, size, thickness of marine oil spill and the monitoring data of oil characteristics. In which, film thickness of the oil spill accurate measurement, and the thickness of rapid acquisition, combined with area of monitoring tools, it can ascertain the total oil spill quickly and accurately. It provides a relevant data on the protection of the marine and oil spill prevention measures.In this paper, based on airborne oil spill film thickness measurement system which based on the differential laser trigonometry principle, designed a TMS320VC5502 DSP chip as the core of the data acquisition circuit. The system of data acquisition is used with the optical measuring devicein in the laboratory, realizing two-CCD camera control and data acquisition. It provides a reliable guarantee for the data of acquisition and process in Real-time for optical measurement system. This dissertation includes the following:1. Designed a TMS320VC5502 DSP chip as the core of the acquisition circuit and PCB with dual-CCD camera of external synchronization, data caching and acquisition.2. Developed the algorithm of mean filter and the Centroid algorithm for laser spot based on DSP.3. Using the data acquisition system combined optical measuring device, the thickness of the standard block gauge and the oil film was measured, and the experimental results were analyzed.
