The Research On Innovation Network Of Media Industrial Cluster

This article analyzes the industrial cluster from the network organization perspective, on the basis of this, we study and discuss the innovation network of media industrial cluster. In this paper, it argues that the phenomena and trend of media industial cluster is the result of its own developing law, it is also a effective path which can improve capabilities of media coverage and competitiveness. In current, some researchers simply think the media industrial cluster as a regional economic geography phenomenon, In order to overcome this defect, we use the theory of network organization to study the media industrial cluster, we think that the innovation network of media industrial cluster is the source of media industrial cluster's competitive advantage. we hope that the media industrial cluster'developing practice can benefited by the researching of innovation network of media industrial cluster in this paper.First of all, the paper illustrates the networking-nature of media industrial cluster, and analyzes structure of the innovation network based media industrial cluster, then the organic composition and operation mechanism of innovation network of media industrial cluster is referenced, using the Chaos Theory to study the evolving process of innovation network of media industrial cluster, at last,the paper discusses two new development models about innovation network of media industrial cluster.The main points of the this paper are these: (one) Industrial cluster is the inevitable result of the media industry's own development and evolution law, the media industrial cluster is a typical network organization essentially, and has distinct properties of network organization; (two) The network structure of media industrial cluster expressed as innovation network, the innovation network of media industrial cluster formed under the influence of cluster's own characteristics and internal law besides external environmental factors, innovation network is able to build the competitive advantage of media industrial cluster; (three) Innovation network of media industrial cluster is consis of varias of actors and multiple levels, and has its own unique operation mechanism; (four) The evolving process of innovation network of media industrial cluster demonstrates chaotic characteristics, based on the evolution Chaotic model of innovation network of media industrial cluster, through regulating the agglomeration and incubation capacity of media enterprises, the evolving direction of innovation network of media industrial can be optimized; (five) The modular network and ecological network of media industrial cluster based on modular network and eco-industrial network is the feasible developing model of the innovation network of media industrial cluster.
