Traditional artificial work on the base of corn seedlings fertilization,water injection,dispensing at this stage has not applicable,this will waste a lot of manpower and time and the efficiency is very low,the workload is great.Therefore,the use of image processing methods to locate the base of corn seedlings to achieve intelligent field operations,intelligent corn for the base of fertilization,water injection,dispensing has become a trend in the future.In this paper,based on reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,The method and the specific operation flow of the base system of maize seedling were studied,which provided the feasibility for the future intelligent field operation.This paper focuses on the following aspects:(1)On the influencing factors on the quality of the image acquisition and image denoising and gray processing were studied.through the image acquisition system for acquisition height,Angle and lighting research,experimental study on the relatively clear static collected images of the three elements,on the basis of clear images collected with 3×3 average filtering method to deal with the noise of maize seedling image;To guarantee the accuracy of the subsequent processing speed as quickly as possible,and eventually choose of maize seedling image gray weighted average method.(2)On the basis of grayscale image,the main body and morphological processing of image segmentation and connected area are studied.In order to make the target information and background information to distinguish more obvious,select the Ostu threshold method to segment the image;In order to make the target information more concise and convenient for subsequent processing,this paper divides the binarized image into the connected region and the morphological processing.(3)Image edge detection method was studied.In order to make the target information are clear and complete in this paper,the Canny operator is adopted to image edge detection,the edge image morphology processing with binary image overlap again,finally clear,complete binary is formed.(4)The method of locating maize seedling base and the method of growth angle,stem diameter and stem identification were studied.Through the comparison of several positioning methods,the rotation projection location method was used to locate the base of corn seed,and the growth angle was extracted on the basis of image rotation,and the stem diameter and stem were identified.
