The paper firstly introduces the concept and applied value of canceling image-rotation, and analyses the characteristics and principia of its’ three methods. Then the paper analyses the characteristics and elucidate the developing state of the electrical rotate canceling.The characteristic of the earlier electrical canceling image-rotation is studied, and a new project is put forward. The method of the new project is to use DSP+ FPGA to realize the canceling image-rotation arithmetic, and the strongpoint of the new project is predigested the design complexity and improved the design efficiency and enhanced the capability to maintain and to transplant. Real-time processing capability is the crucial technique of the electrical canceling image-rotation. To this crucial technique the paper chooses the type of the device and designs the canceling image-rotation arithmetic.The highly efficient rotate canceling arithmetic is mainly researched in the paper. Firstly we design the arithmetic and make emulation test with MATLAB to validate the correctness of the arithmetic, then we design the DSP code and run the code with the processing system and get result, and last we analyze the results.To sum up in the paper a kind of highly efficient rotate canceling arithmetic which meets real-time request is designed, the crucial question of the arithmetic is analyzed, and code optimizing method is discussed.Ultimately, the production of whole thesis is summed up. We expect the future of electrical canceling image-rotation.
