This article expounds the effect of the cabin pressure control system and introduces its process of development as well as its applications both at home and abroad. The article uses fuzzy-PID controller to control the pressure of digital cabin. First of all, the mathematical models of the aircraft cabin, electromotor and outflow valve included in the digital cabin pressure control system were established. Second, using mathematical models modularize all parts of the system and being simulated in simulink with designed controller.The article simulated the linearized cabin pressure control system first. The results demonstrate the practicability and superiority of the fuzzy-PID controller. Then we bring it to the nonlinear models. It satisfied the request of cabin pressure institution as well. The result of the simulation shows fuzzy-PID controller can regulate the cabin pressure well. It solves the problem of regular PID controllers that can only control relatively simple linearized systems. It's not like normal fuzzy controller which has"blind zone".At last , we designed a control interface for the digital cabin pressure control system on the platform supplied by MATLAB GUI. The interface can make it easier and clearer to operate and simulate the models.
