Research On The System For Dual-purpose Stove General Testing Based On ARM

In this paper, the testing system of dual-purpose stove based on S3C2410 platform embedded has been researched. According to national standard GB6932-2001 home gas heater and GB/T16155-2001 standard of home gas appliances,dual-purpose stove testing system is tested in the round . This testing system provides an advanced testing equipment for the dual-purpose stove system manufacturers and product quality inspection department in order to achieve the performance of dual-purpose stove automatic rapid detection requirements.This system is based on the microcontroller S3C2410 and embedded real-time operating system linux, uses Pt100 as temperature sensor and MAX1148 as the A/D converter, as well as related components such as solenoid valve, heater,cooler and so on. The primary subjects, for example,thermal properties, thermal properties of bathroom, proportional valve secondary pressure of the dual-purpose stove's auto-detection has been achieved. Firstly, this paper introduced the dual-purpose stove testing system components, and the system structure is analyzed. Secondly, the system hardware research of the various modules such as temperature signal test, pressure test, gas liquid flow, and other basic parameters of the acquisition design and the electromagnetic valve control the conduct of the design analysis has been achieved. Then, adopting a powerful graphical development tools Qt/ Embedded provided by embedded Linux to achieve a friendly man-machine interface which is designed to achieve multi-threaded, SQL database connection calling,so that the function of complete function test system is more comprehensive. Finally, the data has been analyzed and the sensor has been measured.The experimental results show that the testing system of dual-purpose stove designed has high accuracy, efficiency and reliability.
