| Helicopter Digitalization Project has many advantages and benefits in the development of helicopter, which can innovate methods and means and design modes, improve development level of helicopter products, achieve all-digital design and data management of helicopter products, and realize network-based and digitalization design in new helicopter development. Numerical Wind Tunnel Simulation and Evaluation System(NWTSES) is an important component of Helicopter Digitalization Project, which includes database system, simulation system and integrated management system. Database system is used to manage geometry parameters, test results, flight data, and to provide safe and reliable data for verifying rotor aerodynamic characteristic, airframe structural design, flight control system design and so on. Simulation system integrates assessment methods of helicopter aerodynamic characteristics and new technologies and new theories of hydrodynamics. The calculation of aerodynamic characteristics and flowfield can be finished by making use of shape parameters and wind tunnel data of various helicopters, which provide reasons to develop and modify domestic helicopter models. Integrated management system is responsible for completing scheduling simulation tasks and managing input and output parameters. NWTSES will be finally integrated in the digital production line to simulate and evaluate the actual wind tunnel tests.In the research background of NWTSES, Helicopter Database was designed based on relational database theory. TAO naming service mechanism, AMI and ADO.NET were adopted. A 3-Tiered C/S architecture framework was built. TAO was used to send and execute task requests, to complete communication between subsystem, and to achieve seamless connection of NWTSES. ADO.NET was used to manage and operate Helicopter Database. Component-based approach was used to complete development of NWTSES. Communication model was packaged as COM components, which improved software reusability, maintainability and scalability of the system. The paper adopted recursive algorithm and designed treeview table to generate dynamic directory tree, so that users could intuitively manage Helicopter Database. UML was adopted to establish models for user needs, collaboration of software modules, Workflow, Operation and interface invocation. The software was normatively designed to meet the requirements of standardization and easy-maintenance. |
