With the development of internet and the popularization of computer , distributed-computing technology is becoming one of the mainstream technologies in computer fields gradually. Middleware is a kind of platform software, which is independent of operating system and application software. Distributed application software shares resources with different application by dint of middleware. Users can use the resources distributing on isomerous network and operating system pellucidly with the support of middleware.MOM technology is one of the important technologies in middleware. Message Queue can resident in memory or disk until they are read by application program. Application program can execute independently and don't need to know where the other exists in. And they don't need to wait for receiving program to receive this message. MOM can communicate with other platforms not considering the operating system used through the reliable message transforming mechanism. And it also can integrate distributed systems and co-operate systems through data communication. Message Oriented Middleware is powerful guarantee to implement distributed system's flexibility and expansibility and because of this it is used widely in EAI(Enterprise Application Integration).Design Message Oriented Middleware involves in many technologies. To guarantee the reliability when transforming message, Transaction processing, release mode are the key questions when implementing Message Oriented Middleware and the methods to implement them will impact the middleware's performance directly. This article describes the design scheme of Message Oriented Middleware RODC: overall design conformed to JMS standards; using WAL protocol and WAL_P algorithm combined with nested transaction model in transaction processing; release mode supporting Peer-to-Peer Mode and Pub/Sub Mode. Management and Decision System in Tobacco Industry of State Tobacco Bureau is a large distributed system. This article describes the data transformation platform scheme based on MOM RODC.
