Study And Design Zigbee-based Wireless Sensor Network System

WSN(Wireless Sensor Network),a new intelligent control and monitoring networkcombining sensor technology with computer and communication technology, has become ahot spot in the field of wireless communication．It is data-oriented and self-organizingcompared with traditional control and monitoring networks．Modem control and monitoringnetwork require low power consumption, low cost and safety, so,ZigBee technology emergesand offers good opportunity for WSN．This article has introduced the basic definition, architecture and topology structure aboutwireless sensor network, and analyzed the Zigbee wireless communication protocol that isadopted in the project. With the help of related documents, we have completed the softwareand hardware design of Full Function Device and Reduce Function Device and built aTree-type wireless sensor network for temperature and humidity data acquisition based onZigbee technology, using JN5139 module to control the network node and SHT11 temperatureand humidity sensors to detect and acquire the required information. This article has alsodetailed discussed the real-time monitoring software of wireless sensor network system in thelast section. Proven by the application tests, this wireless sensor network system along with themonitoring software is of a high reliability and expandability, which will lay a solid foundationfor the further practical application of wireless sensor network.
