In the modern idustry ages, more and more production lines introduce digital equipment,which makes research of digital control system feasible. This paper mainly studies themontion control of All-purpose Controller of Nonstandard Numerical Equipment. Achievedthe motion control function that based on the device's motion control card.The motion control card used LSI PCL6045B as its calculation component. According toits external pins and electrical characteristics, designed the interface circuit for the hostcomputer, and then completed the port settings. Did the address mapping to the registers,wrote the input and output functions, and the basic operating functions. Achieve two basicmotion control methods, which are continuous operation mode and positioning operationmode. Wrote the code for speed control, linear acceleration and deceleration control, S curveacceleration and deceleration control, achieve changing speed patterns while in operation.Researched the interpolation operations, linear interpolation and circular interpolation, utilizethese two operation modes to achieve more complex trajectories, and lay the foundation forfuture in-depth study.
