The subject is directed against flow measurement of wet gas, based on DSP a set of flow measurement software which can realize online real-time measurement of gas-liquid two phase flow is designed. According to the principle of differential pressure type flow measurement, take samples of two-phase fluid parameters, double cache data storage method of SARAM pieces to ensure the continuity of the acquisition data is designed; the software adoptes wavelet soft threshold method and flow calculation model to calculate differential signal pretreatment and two phase flow parameters; SDRAM and USB storage is designed, according to the different amount of data storage, sequence and FIFO mobile storage mode of SDRAM to save the dynamic data is designed; LCD and keyboard program to realize the human-computer interaction operation of the software measurement is designed; uses development tool CCSLink of MATLAB to aid design the software program, uses connection object and embedded object to read the flow measurement system memory data such as the two-phase flow data, uses RTDX real-time data to communicat between the computer and target board with primarily processor of VC5509A, acquires online real-time measurement of gas-liquid two phase flow. Program design uses modular structure and adopts assembly language and C language, integrates each module through the main program forming the flow measurement software. Procedure code is burned into the FLASH to achieve self-loading function independent emulator, finally the flow measurement software can realize the data acquisition, processing, storage, operation and other functions.
