Between enterprises,suppliers,distributors as well as customs need to share the quotation informations of product too.It is the foundation for every enterprise to gain more orders that how to provide customs with fast and accurate product quotatio information.At first,this article analyze the domestic and foreign status of the product quoting and the present manufacturing enterprises facing with the problems and research of the product quoting,and studies the definition,classification,process and method of product quotation.On the base of studying the business process of product quotation,dividing the produt quotation into detailed quotation and fast quotation.And then,it completes the development of product comprehensive management system,according to the specific requirements of manufacturing enterprises,arounding the basical data of manufacturing enterprises'product quotation business process,combining with network,database and production management technology. Based on all those above,this paper studied product quotation implementation method which is established in accordance with the needs of B/S mode, using present popular SSH framework,realizing effective management to product inquerient and product quotation between manufacturing enterprises combining with present management system in enterprises' internal on the internet.Thus,it guarantees the timeliness and accuracy of manufacturing enterprises' product quotation.In this paper, price component of machining product is discussed in detail.According to the characteristics of each stage in pruduct design, it calculates the costs of each stage using different methods,improves the accurance of Products Cost Calculation, then it calculates and analysis the Manhour Radio which affects Products Cost Calculation using BP Neural Network.Simulation example shows the efficiency of this method for Manhour Radio Estimation.On the base of manufacturing enterprises' concrete needs and existing system,this system studies and abstracts the requirement of machining product quotation in manufacturing enterprises,summarizes the method of machining product quotation,and then designs the main modules in it.The system has the characteristics of easy to expand and maintain,its feasibility,rationality and security were discussed through an example,matches practical case of most present manufacturing enterprises' product quotation.In the end, a summary and future research prospect are given.
