Research On Method And System Of Product Quotation For Agile Order Response

Based on the research and implementation of Agile Manufacture Management System (AMMS) for electronic company, Quotation System for Agile Order Response is a subsystem of Agile Manufacture Management System, which is proposed and studied. Combined with the project supported by science and technology bureau of Zhejiang province (No.2003C11010) — Research on the implementation of Agile Manufacture Management System for electronic company. This thesis mainly discussed several subjects such as the process of Agile Order Response (AOR), some crucial technology of realization for quotation of AOR. The main content include the technology of quotation BOM configuration, cost estimation and quotation decision based on product cost. Finally designed and realized the subsystem of quotation to AOR.In chapter one, the background of AOR and its character are discussed on the basis of analysis of competitive environment modern manufacture enterprises faced. The importance and necessity of quotation to AOR are indicated. Analyzed and discussed the status of product cost estimation and quotation inside and outside the country in detail. In the end the intention, project background and the main work of this paper are presented.Chapter two analyzed the character and the problem faced during the process of quotation of AOR. Based on describe the process of perform AOR, analyzed the relevant conception about quotation of AOR, built the information model and IDEF3 model of quotation perform process of ATO, besides described and decomposed the content of every sub-process in detail.Chapter three analyzed the product life circle cost and discussed the cost component of product for quotation. Proposed the configuration of quotation BOM based on GBOM and Case-Base Reasoning. Studied the methods of cost estimation of similar parts based on fuzzy math, new part based on feature inflection and researched on the product assembly cost estimation based on the assembly operation center. In the end discussed the aim, strategy and method of quotation decision and built the decision model for quotation.Chapter four discussed the system realization and the case analysis on the basis of former chapters. Functional modules are analyzed and the whole structure software system is built, described the realize flow of every functional module. In the end analyzed the real case of quotation of AOR in Zhejiang 001 electronic group.Chapter five summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the thesis, the future research work is also suggested.
