Along with the development of educational informationization, online learning based on campus LAN or internet, has come into fashion gradually in university instruction. Online learning with classroom learning together constitutes the two main learning styles of college students. As all we know, the traditional classroom learning and web-based online learning all have advantages and disadvantages when they are in individual application. Both of them can not alone meet the community's demand for quality cultivation of school personnel. So both of them should be organically integrated, mutually penetrated and learn from each other. In this way, we can both play the advantages of instruction-based teaching model, and embody the advantages of learn-based teaching model. We can both exert teacher's leading role in organization, guidance, inspiration, monitoring the teaching process, and reflects the dominant position of students to stimulate their learning initiative, autonomy and creativity. Further, it can enhance the overall learning effects and efficiency, and educate all-round development of individual talents who have ability to innovate, ability to solve problem, and ability to cooperate with others.In this paper, we limited online learning, classroom learning, blended learning, the integration of online learning and classroom learning, and teaching model through the literature research. We analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the integration of online learning and classroom learning for the"Computer Base of University"Course. We summed up the process of how to design blended learning under the guidance of instructional system design theory and the instructional design process or model of blended learning which is summed by many experts. This as a guide, we designed four models about the integration of online learning and classroom learning which have strong operational quality. And we analyzed the meaning, characteristics, teaching process, applicable scope, and what should be noted of each model.In order to test whether the new integration models have some of the effects expected, we carried out a quasi-experimental research. We selected freshman in Hengshui College who are learning this course as the research object and tested a number of simple questions. The experimental results prove that the new teaching model has certain advantages compared to the traditional teaching model.
