As better trade-off in the system flexibility and performance, reconfigurable computing device is concerned by more and more people. It's a fallible and fussy process to mapping special algorithm into reconfigurable hardware architecture. So that many reconfigurable systems all have their own mapping tool, range from semi-automatic handing configuration tool to automatic code compiler. The compiler this paper described is designed for REmus reconfigurable system, which including three parts: front-end, middle-end and back-end. The front end could transfer the algorithm C code into an intermediate representation. And middle-end is for mapping it into hardware architecture, which is the topic of this paper. The back-end generates the executable binary code for ARM core. The processing of middle-end this paper concerned includes DFG temporal splitting, hardware resource mapping, and configuration words generation and so on.Different from the traditional ones, REmus not only consider the efficiency and performance system running, but also the temperature effect. The thermal techniques this paper described based on the static thermal analysis. Compact thermal model is selected for analysis in our techniques. The experiment result shows that the highest temperature in the device could be lowed about 2~8℃after the optimizing strategy.
