Laser radar is the combination of the laser technology and radar technology. Because of its high resolution and strong anti-interference ability, it can not only be used for angle tracking, target range and speed measurement, but also can be used to guidance and tracking corsairs flying. After the late 1980s, semiconductor lasers has made significant progress in the increase in output power,the improvement of the performance of beam direction and the reduction of detection threshold detector. Consequently, semiconductor lasers has wide prospect areas in civilian or military field. The purpose of this subject is on the scanning laser radar signal in real-time acquisition, imaging and storage.Firstly, this article briefly introduces the basic principle of the semiconductor pulse laser radar range imaging scan and strength imaging, and analyzes the echo signal acquisition and processing system that is required to achieve conditions. And then I try to put forward a set of DSO2902 virtual oscilloscope and computer as the core of scanning laser radar data acquisition and processing system.Secondly,the paper studies on the control program of DSO2902A virtual oscilloscope, and introduces the secondary development of DSO2902A virtual oscilloscope. The VB program by writing can control it in order to meet the requirements of laser radar echo signal acquisition which can collect the echo signal. This paper analyzes the imaging method of VB6.0 language and prepares a set of imaging systems based on MSChart control. Next, it focuses on MSCHART control which includes its events, properties and applications of the method, and then describes the entire process of the radar echo signal's distance imaging and echo strength imaging by using MSCHART application. The system can vividly reflect the real time and intensity information of laser radar echo signal.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the different types of data storage format, I finally select the XML language as the storage format of laser radar echo data and store the data through the procedure, so that the collected data can be easily invoked and transmission through a variety of platforms. The echo signal data of the XML format can be read by binding the data of the DataGridView,VB.NET Language and Dataset.Finally, the whole system is validated and the system can be used in the acquisition and processing of the laser radar echo signal. The research of this topic plays an important role in the research and application of the semiconductor laser pulse radar scan. The results of this research will provide some valuable experience for the acquisition and processing of the radar echo signal and lay the foundation for the further study of this topic.
