With the development of science and technology,especially the development of Space Science,building of National Defence and Automation,etc,higher requirement is proposed to optical electric axial angle encoder and decoding systerm.. Because of the limit of traditional decoding circuit,it has such problems as narrow application,short using time and high rate of breakdown,etc.In the same time, segmentation error will affect measurement accuracy of optical-electric encoder. So it has great significance to design an excellent decoding circuit and lower segmentation error to improve the performance of optical electric decoder.In this essay,I have first introduced measuring principles of the absolute photoelectric encoder.Given the shortcomings of traditional decoding circuit,I have designed and realized a new decoding circuit which has many advantages as wide application,long using time, low rate of breakdown and excellent performance. Moreover,I have also introduced electronics segment's principles and analyzed factors to offset the error.In addition,I have also used technology of frequency multiplication to compensation segmentation error and given desired result.Since we have knew Moire- Fringe's features and traditional adaptive filter's shortages before. RBF network adaptive algorithm can be used which can determine the network's structure online and realize nonlinear mapping to eliminate noise in Moire signals.After filter,quality of Moire signals have been improved greatly.Finally, in order to improve the accuracy of optical encoder we should offset error.But optical encoder's error is nonlinear and difficult to describe in right mathematical model.In this essay,I take use of RBF network to offset error without knowing the cause and distribution of error in advance.The net after training has exellent ablity of generalization.After offsetting,optical decoder's accuracy has been improved greatly.
