With the rapid development of distributed simulation technology and parallel computing technology, distributed simulation test is widely applied in the development and validation of weapon equipment. However, the weapon technology become more advanced, and weapon equipment system become rather giant and complicated, which increases the complexity of test and makes the management of the test a tough task.Based on the actuality of application of virtual test technology, we develop a virtual test system platform for task of huge virtual simulation test. Based on the discussing on the infrastructure of the platform and analysis of the process of building virtual test system through platform, this paper aims at developing a test task manage soft which can solve the problems presented in the test management, like poor project reuse and low automation, fulfilling the unified management of test task.The paper firstly introduces the infrastructure of the virtual test platform, analyzes the course of building the virtual test system(VTS) with platform in detail, then describes structure and data interaction of the VTS. Secondly, researches on the mechanism of the platform's task management and the problems in it, then designs a soft which adopts Client/Server structure. This soft manages simulation computers through network, provides two method of building VTS. It introduces a test configure file for remote deployment of system member and control of virtual test, which makes the task management more efficient and in a high automatization. This soft also can edit VTS, supports the rearrangement of component resource between two system members and edit the data interaction relation independently, the project reuse and extensibility of VTS is greatly enhanced.In this paper, UML modeling tools are in use for software requirements modeling, static structure modeling, and dynamic behavior modeling, finally develops the soft using Microsoft VC2005.net. Test result and actual application shows that the soft is reliable and its graphic user interface is friendly.
