With the development of modern mobile communication system, the third generation 3G mobile communication technology that has begun a wide range of popular, this project is mainly based on software radio theory, for the TD-SCDMA technology, research and design based on FPGA the digital base station IF receiver system.In this thesis, according to the design ideas and technical details of current mainstream of foreign products digital down-conversion, research the basic principle and method of the digital IF receiver. Paper first describes the background of digital IF receiver and the development of digital receiver at home and abroad; On software radio more important theory of digital IF receiver technology, the theoretical basis discussed in detail, including the signal sampling theory and multirate signal processing theory; And then design the structure of the TD-SCDMA digital base station IF receiver, by the high-speed data acquisition, digital down-converter and the automatic gain loop of three parts. The high speed data acquisition is for the A/D converter design; digital down-converter including Numerical Controlled Oscillator (NCO), Cascaded Integrator Comb (CIC) filter, Half Band (HB) filters and finite impulse response (FIR) filter; automatic gain loop design is composed by Automatic Gain Control (AGC), Resampling Filter (RSF) and the Coordinate Conversion (COC), but also to the each part on MATLAB simulation, and in the Quartus II software compiler platform and ModelSim simulation platform joint simulation; Finally is about based on FPGA hardware circuit system for the comprehensive test.
